This English version is provided for convenience. The French version prevails in case of any difference.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Tektonai.app, which operates TektonAI ("TektonAI", "we", "us" or "our"), and govern your access to and use of our website, our hosted service, our APIs and related services (collectively, the "Services").
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" means both you and that entity.
For the purposes of these Terms, TektonAI is operated by Tektonai.app, Montréal, Québec, Canada.
You accept these Terms by ticking the box provided before sending the price request form, and by signing in to your TektonAI account. We record the version accepted, shown at the top of this page, and the date of your acceptance. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
TektonAI currently relies on third-party providers for authentication and organization management. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used in breach of these Terms, in a way that creates a security risk, or in a way that could harm TektonAI, other users or third parties.
2. The Services
TektonAI provides infrastructure for connecting tools, APIs, credentials and policies so that users and organizations can discover integrations and perform actions through agent workflows. Features may vary between free plans, paid plans, beta offerings and enterprise deployments.
We may change, improve, add or remove features from time to time. We may also impose or change limits on storage, the number of members in an organization, execution volume, session length, access to integrations or other usage thresholds.
The Services and the data you submit to them are hosted in Québec, in a data centre in Beauharnois. The exceptions (website hosting, some analytics tools, email routing and third-party AI assistants) are described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the prompts, code, text, credentials, secrets, integration settings, API specifications, tool configurations, metadata and other data you submit to the Services ("Customer Content").
You are solely responsible for Customer Content and for the actions performed through your account or organization. You represent and warrant that:
- you hold all the rights, permissions and authority needed to provide Customer Content and to connect third-party services;
- your use of the Services and connected integrations will comply with applicable laws, third-party terms and internal policies;
- you will not use the Services to infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of others;
- you understand that running tools can trigger real external actions, including reads, writes, deletions, billing events, communications or changes in third-party systems.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activities;
- attempt to bypass security controls, access data you are not authorized to access, or disrupt the Services;
- upload malware, carry out denial-of-service activities, or use the Services to compromise systems or credentials;
- use the Services to violate export controls, sanctions, privacy laws, intellectual property rights or contractual restrictions;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services, except with our express written authorization;
- reverse engineer or copy the Services, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits such restrictions.
5. Third-party services
The Services are designed to connect to APIs, software, models, billing providers, authentication providers and other third-party services. These third-party services are not controlled by TektonAI, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, acts, omissions or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
6. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal
Some parts of the Services are offered free of charge, while others require a paid subscription or usage-based fees. Paid plans may include per-organization pricing, included member caps, included execution allowances, overage fees, prepaid top-up packages or similar billing mechanisms described in the product at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. You authorize us and our billing providers to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, overages, add-ons and other amounts due. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.
We may change our prices or the content of our plans going forward. If a payment cannot be made, if a charge is reversed or if amounts remain overdue, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where an express provision states otherwise.
7. Intellectual property and third-party software
TektonAI and its licensors own all right, title and interest in the Services, including the software, user interface, branding, documentation and all related intellectual property rights, excluding Customer Content and third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes or for your personal use. If you give us comments, suggestions or ideas about the Services, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Beta features
We may designate certain features as alpha, beta, preview or early access. These features may be incomplete, change significantly, be unsupported and be subject to additional terms. We may suspend or discontinue beta features at any time.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if you create a legal or security risk, if you fail to pay amounts due, or if continuing the service is impracticable or no longer commercially viable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions and any licence you have granted us under these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKTONAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT RESULTS, TOOL EXECUTIONS OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR SUITED TO YOUR USE CASE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKTONAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKTONAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TEKTONAI FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TektonAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising out of or relating to your Customer Content, your use of the Services, your connected integrations, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding their conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively before the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, and each party submits to the personal and territorial jurisdiction of those courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and change the "last updated" date shown above. By continuing to use the Services after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
15. General provisions
These Terms, together with any order form, enterprise agreement or other written terms that expressly refer to them, form the entire agreement between you and TektonAI regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreement on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization or sale of assets.
16. Contact information
