Your IFC model or PDF drawings go straight to the site: Scaffold turns them into the scaffold plan, and you get the scaffold as IFC for your model.

  • Your model, read as it is.
    • Scaffold reads the IFC model (IFC2x3 or IFC4): façades, storeys, doors and windows.
    • It also reads an architect's PDF plan: the text, the written dimensions and the scales.
    • It spots party walls, so the scaffold stays off the neighbour's lot.
  • The scaffold in your model.
    • The scaffold's 3D model comes as IFC, to drop into your model, and as STEP.
    • Your assistant can show the scaffold in 3D so you can walk around it.
    • The dimensioned A3 PDF plan and the CAD plan (DXF) come with it.
  • The site fence.
    • Fencing draws the fence around the scaffold, along the street.
    • The plan shows the workers' gate and the public walkway on the street side.
  • The materials reference.
    • The reference of common construction materials in Québec: dimensions and standards of each material.
    • As data sheets, or as PDF and Excel catalogues.
  • Documents you can check. Each document carries a reference and a QR code. The verification page shows who issued it, and whether the file you received is identical to the original.

Plans are preliminary: a competent person must check them before erection. Measure on site the dimensions read from drawings.
