Your subscription

One subscription per company gives access to all our tools, including future ones.

• The price is set with you when you request a price.
• TektonAI sets up your subscription. You cannot subscribe on your own online.

The Billing page

In the menu, click Billing. The page shows your subscription and this month’s usage for your company. All members can open it.

• With a subscription: “Active subscription”, with its status and renewal date.
• Without a subscription: “Contact TektonAI for your price.”, with our address, info@tektonai.app.
• This month’s usage, for example “Usage for October 2026”: the number of times your assistant used our tools this month.

Manage the subscription

Owners and administrators have the “Manage my subscription” button. It opens the portal of Stripe, our payment provider. In this portal, you can:

• pay;
• change cards;
• update billing details;
• download your invoices.

TektonAI does not see your card number.

Other members see the message “Ask an admin of this organization to manage the subscription.”

If the subscription is not active

Without an active subscription, your assistant can no longer use our tools:

• the Billing page shows “Usage is paused”;
• your assistant tells you the company’s subscription is not active;
• your data stays in place.
