The company profile

The company profile tells your assistant who it works for. Our tools print its name, contact details and licence number on plans, catalogues and documents.

Filled in the conversation

In the first conversation, your assistant welcomes you to TektonAI. It then asks you a few questions, a few at a time, in French by default:

1. the company name to print on plans and documents, and what the company does;
2. a few words about the company: team size, the kind of work you do, what TektonAI should help you with;
3. contact details for documents: address, city, province, postal code, phone, email, website, and your licence number (RBQ licence in Québec) if you have one;
4. your preferred language.

You can skip a question. The assistant saves the answers to the company profile as you go.

Then the assistant:

• shows you the connected tools;
• suggests the ones that fit your work;
• starts their first steps, for example loading your parts list into Inventory · Remise.

Filled in the console

An administrator can also fill in the profile in the console:

1. Open the Company profile page.
2. Fill in the fields.
3. Click “Save”. The message “Profile saved” confirms it.

Only owners and administrators can edit the profile. All members can read it.

The profile fields:

• the company: company name, legal name, line of business, team size, description, what TektonAI should help you with;
• contact details: address, city, province, postal code, country, phone, email, website, licence number;
• the language and notes for the assistant.
