Your organization's rules
Choose which tools run on their own, which ask for approval and which are blocked, and see who changed what.
Your organization’s rules decide what your assistant can do with each tool. You find them in the menu, on the Policies page (address: https://mcp.tektonai.app/<company>/policies).
Who changes them
- Owners and administrators add, change and remove rules.
- Other members see the rules but cannot change them. The page shows them: “Only the organization’s admins and owners change these rules.”
Add a rule
- In Pattern, give the tool concerned:
*for every tool;remise.*for every Inventory tool;- or a tool’s exact identifier.
- In Action, choose what happens:
- Always run: the tool runs without waiting for approval.
- Require approval: the tool waits for a person to approve its use.
- Block: the tool is blocked and hidden from your assistant. The rule shows “Blocked”.
- Click Add policy.
To remove a rule, click “Remove”. Then confirm in the “Remove policy?” window.
When several rules apply
- When several rules match the same tool, the most restrictive one applies.
- Rules do not replace our tools’ own confirmations. An import into Inventory or Materials always waits for your confirmation, whatever the rule.
The rule log
Under the list, the “Rule log” shows who changed which rule of your organization, and when. Example: “Marie Tremblay added “remise.*”: blocked”.
When our team makes a change at your request, it is signed “TektonAI (opérateur)”.
If a tool is not available
Does your assistant answer “This integration is not available for your organization.”? There are two possible causes:
- the tool is not part of your subscription;
- your subscription is paused.
